A note on breakage

Turning a bottle into a working piece is a careful, hands-on process — and glass is glass. While we work slowly and protect every bottle as if it were our own, we can't guarantee a bottle will survive transit or the transformation itself. On the rare occasion a bottle breaks, we are unable to complete the commission and we cannot replace the bottle.

For that reason, please only send bottles you can bear to lose. You will not be charged if we are unable to complete the work, but the bottle itself cannot be replaced. If a bottle has true sentimental weight, talk to us first — we'll help you decide whether it's the right candidate.

Shipping or local hand-off

Once we accept your commission, we'll send packing instructions for shipping your bottle in. If you're local, we offer a pickup & drop-off service — pricing quoted per request based on distance.
