Packed by hand
Every piece ships double-boxed, foam-cradled, and insured. We pack the way we'd want our own glass packed — slowly, and with the assumption that someone will drop it.
Lead time
Stock pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Commissions take 2–4 weeks depending on the bottle, the hardware, and the queue.
Where we ship
Within the United States, where it is legal to do so. Rates are calculated at checkout. International inquiries — reach out.
Returns
All pieces are one-of-one and final sale. If a piece arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging — we'll file the claim and replace or refund.
Age & legality
All orders require a 21+ signature on delivery. You are responsible for knowing the laws where you live.
