What we collect

We only collect information you give us directly, or that is needed to run the site and fulfill orders:

• Email list: email address and the discount code you signed up with, if any.
• Contact form: name, email, subject, and message.
• Commission requests: name, email, request type, bottle details, project description, and region.
• Checkout prefill: name, email, phone, shipping address, cart items, subtotal, currency, and Shopify cart ID so we can look up your order history.
• Browser storage: your age-gate confirmation and cart contents are stored in your browser's localStorage to keep the site working between visits.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to messages, fulfill commissions, send email-list updates and discount codes, prefill checkout details, and let returning shoppers view their order history. We do not sell personal information.

Who we share it with

We share with Shopify only the information required to process, ship, and track your order — typically your name, shipping address, email, phone, and cart contents. We do not sell your personal information, we do not rent or trade it, and we do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties for their own marketing. We rely on the Lovable platform and its managed database/hosting infrastructure to store form submissions and order records, and we do not authorize Shopify or Lovable to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. The site uses only the cookies and browser storage necessary for it to function: keeping your cart intact, remembering your age-gate confirmation, and maintaining your session with our hosting provider. When you proceed to Shopify checkout, Shopify's own cookies and privacy practices apply.

How long we keep it

We keep contact messages, commission requests, and email-signup records for up to one year, then delete them. Order and customer records tied to a purchase are kept only as long as needed for tax, accounting, and fulfillment purposes, and you can ask us to delete yours sooner by emailing the address below.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing us at the address below. You can also clear your browser's localStorage to remove the age-gate and cart data stored on your device.

Security

We validate all form input, verify Shopify webhook signatures, and store data in a managed database with access controls. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection, but we follow reasonable practices for a site of this size.

Age gate

This site is intended for adults 21 and older. The age gate stores a confirmation in your browser so you are not asked again on the same device.
